Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Handcrafted & One-of-a-Kind Products

All products sold by The Nightmare Collection are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind artisan items. Because each clock is hand-poured individually using custom resin, walnut wood, and embedded 3D elements, no two clocks are exactly alike.

Important: Product photography represents the design and character depicted, but minor variations in resin coloring, swirl patterns, embedded icon placement, and wood grain are inherent to the handcrafted process and are not considered defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge your clock may differ slightly from product photos.

2. Limited Edition Policy

All designs are limited edition. Once a design sells out it will not be restocked in identical form. We reserve the right to retire, modify, or discontinue any design at any time without notice. If stock is exhausted before your order is processed we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once dispatched we cannot cancel or change the shipping address. All orders include tracked shipping.

4. Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on all orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a package is damaged in transit contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return window: 30 days from date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable: Clocks that have been mounted, hung, used, or modified. Custom orders are final sale.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Return shipping: Buyer is responsible unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.
Handcrafted variation is not a defect. Natural variation in resin patterns, wood grain, and icon placement is inherent to our process and does not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. We maintain full records of all orders, communications, tracking, and delivery confirmations. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate fraudulent disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, copy, and branding are the property of The Nightmare Collection and may not be reproduced without written permission. Horror character names and film titles referenced in product descriptions are used for descriptive and artistic purposes only. The Nightmare Collection is an independent creator not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the owners of any horror film franchises.

8. Product Safety & Use

  • Decorative wall art pieces requiring one AA battery (not included).
  • Keep out of reach of small children.
  • Do not expose to prolonged direct sunlight, extreme heat, or moisture.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
